The "Apartment in the Art Gallery Vincent" has a size of 76 m². It is at ground level, has its own entrance and is based on an open living space concept. At the beginning there is the living area with 2 chaise longues, an oven (viewing window), a smart TV with all common connections and a large panoramic window on the terrace, where a dining area and, if desired, a grill are available. Directly afterwards is the dining area for 6 people ( 2) and a generously equipped kitchen. From the dining area through a glued glass / wooden wall is a double bed (180x200 cm). From there, the sink and shower are only separated by a screen (if desired). The toilet is a separate room. 2 more beds (each 90x200 cm) are in another room (8 cm step), where there is also a small lounge area.

The panorama window can be hung with blinds or with blackout curtains. The second bedroom can also be privatized / darkened with blinds and blackout blinds.

We have a GRANDER water (https://www.grander.com/) system in our house, which is excellent, revitalized, very tasty drinking water.

We offer our guests the Köniscard (www.koenigscard.de), with which you can use over 200 different free time activities every day (e.g. a free mountain trip, a boat trip, a visit to the swimming pool, a climbing garden and much more). This offer is available from July 2021 and is included in the price.

The apartment in the Vincent Art Gallery is a brand new apartment and will open in early June 2021.

The rooms are located in the former "threshing floor" of the 250 year old building "bei Schlossarbauer" (traditional house name).

The property was professionally renovated in 2004 from the ground up. The threshing floor was expanded in spring 2005. For this purpose, for example, the ceiling was raised and underfloor heating was installed. The quarry stone wall was allowed to stay. It is the central piece of jewelry.

In 2012 the premises became an art gallery. A number of vernissages / exhibitions by outstanding artists took place here. The current holiday apartment was planned in this room and retains a small residual character of an art gallery. As before, other pictures are exhibited from time to time and some can also be purchased.

We, that is Lioba, Robert and Vincent Babel, live in the house and have always managed the room with a lot of love. So now also as a holiday home.

What else do we love? We love animals and nature. Therefore we currently have 3 female dogs (wire-haired dachshund, Labrador mix, Bulgarian retriver mix), 2 horses (warm-blooded animals 24 and 32), 3 cats and many fish ...

In winter, the horses live right next to the apartment and in our garden. In summer they are on the pasture and enjoy the good Allgäu mountain herbs.

The dogs have their garden on the other side of the house.
